Before you claim
- What does claiming a lab profile cost?
- Claiming is free. You get control of your listing — test menu, sample types, accreditations, turnaround and contact details — and quote requests are delivered to you at no charge while we build out the marketplace.
- How do you verify a claim?
- We check that the email you claim with is on the laboratory’s own domain, and cross-reference against the licence or accreditation details on the listing. Most claims are reviewed within two business days.
- My lab is not listed. What now?
- Add it. New submissions are reviewed before they go live, and you become the owner of the profile automatically.
