What we collect

When you request a testing quote we collect the contact details and testing requirements you enter in the form. When you claim a lab profile we collect your name, work email, role and any verification details you provide. When you post a job we collect your billing email; payment card details go directly to Stripe and never reach our servers.

How we use it

Quote requests are shared with the laboratories you selected, or — for open requests — with laboratories that run the tests you asked for in your region. Claim submissions are used to verify that you represent the laboratory. We do not sell personal data.

Laboratory listings

Directory listings are compiled from publicly available sources such as laboratory websites and regulator registers. If you are named in a listing and want your details amended or removed, email us and we will action it.

Retention

Quote requests are retained for two years so laboratories can follow up and so we can resolve disputes. Claim records are retained while the profile is claimed. You can request deletion at any time.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@laboverflow.com and we will respond within 30 days.
